Career Conversation with Horatio Georgestone, Senior Policy Adviser at HM Treasury

Bio: Horatio Georgestone is a rising Civil Service leader and passionate social entrepreneur with experience across the Treasury and the Department for Business and Trade. In his current role as a Senior Policy Adviser, he’s contributed to major fiscal policy decisions at the heart of government.

Horatio is also the Founder of YDWC (Young Directors and World Changers), an initiative that supports diverse young professionals and champions inclusive leadership in collaboration with major institutions like NatWest.

What sets Horatio apart is his ability to blend sharp policy insight with a deep commitment to purpose, equity, and public service.
